Jennifer Aniston and her boyfriend, Jim Curtis, were seen outside a luxury Manhattan apartment complex with numerous units for sale, only weeks after Curtis listed his NYC home.

The 50-year-old hypnotherapy and the 56-year-old “Friends” alum were photographed leaving the Upper East Side residence. They had been dating for almost a year.

Curtis and Aniston’s visit to the prewar building came weeks after he chose to put his own home on the market.

The 1925-built building has 16 stories, a doorman, a concierge, a fitness facility, a playground, a basketball court, wine cellars, private storage bins, and bicycle storage.

The luxurious co-op on Park Avenue is bordered by mature trees, townhouses, the Central Park reservoir, boutiques, and some of New York City’s finest restaurants.

The building now has three apartments for sale: a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom apartment for $5.2 million, a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom residence for $5.79 million, and a penthouse with five bedrooms and four baths for $7.49 million.

Curtis and Aniston are seen bundled up in the photos, braving the cold in New York City. Aniston dressed in a black coat and trousers, while her lover wore a gray coat over a black shirt and khakis. Curtis was also seen walking with a cane, which he has been needing for some time after doctors discovered spinal lesions on him when he was 22, according to his website.

They appear just weeks after he listed his $1.5 million New York City condo.

The Seaport property, which spans just over 1,200 square feet and includes spectacular views of the Brooklyn Bridge, was formally listed on Jan. 27 for $1.525 million, according to the Daily Mail.

According to property records obtained by Realtor.com, the lifestyle guru paid just under $1.3 million for the unit in 2015, and it has been leased multiple times since then, most recently in June for the exorbitant amount of $10,500 per month.

The property had also been posted for rent at $9,000 per month in April 2025, but was quickly removed from the rental market weeks later.

The house was taken off the market in November before being placed for sale this week.

In addition to his romance with Aniston, who was previously married to Brad Pitt and then Justin Theroux, Curtis has chosen to part ways with the mansion due to the rising financial burden he has had in overseeing its maintenance.

According to records, Curtis paid off a $29,538 lien on the property in early December, more than a year after it was issued.

The United States Sun earlier reported that he failed to make multiple payments on the property totaling $15,242 in March and February of 2017. He repaid the debt two months later.

There appear to be no outstanding liens on the unit, which is characterized in its ad as a “beautifully maintained home” with a variety of characteristics, not least its spectacular location “steps away from the iconic New York City waterfront.”

Originally intended as a loft, the house has been divided into two distinct bedrooms while maintaining a very open floor plan. One of the bedrooms is isolated from the main living space only by a glass wall.Designer elements include a custom-fabricated steel and glass wall that adds to the open vibe while also providing privacy to the major sleeping area, as well as steel built-ins made from wood shelving rescued from the Old Seaport Pier,” the description reads.

The apartment is located in a red brick building with 26 other units and various high-end community amenities such as an elevator, laundry room, and video intercom access.

Curtis recently discussed his affair with Aniston, who lives on the West Coast, on the “Today” show earlier this month.

He said, “We were only acquainted by friends. That’s it. We discovered that we had mutual friends and began chatting.

Curtis stated that it “took a long time” for them to become lovers. We talked for a long time and became close,” he stated, adding that they have been dating “for a long time, months now, nearly a year.”

Aniston praised her partner in a recent Elle interview.Hypnotism is one of many things he does. She described him as remarkable and helpful to many people. He’s extremely special, very normal, and very compassionate, and he wants to help people recover, move through trauma and stagnation, and find clarity. It’s a wonderful thing to devote your life to.

The duo originally ignited relationship rumors in July, when they were pictured cuddling in Spain.

In November, the couple announced their romance on Instagram with a black-and-white selfie.

She captioned the cute photo, “Happy birthday, my love.” Cherished.”

Aniston has a $21 million Bel-Air property in Los Angeles, which is 10,186 square feet and has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

Aniston’s home also frequently hosts some of her A-list friends, including actor Jason Bateman, who attends the actress’ Sunday night dinners, when she prepares an incredible buffet for up to 15 guests.

In August, a 48-year-old Mississippi man was jailed for reportedly purposefully ramming his truck through the dwelling’s gates while the actress was inside.
